We have enthusiastically embarked on our last learning journeys of primary school. The year 6s have thrown themselves into their first topic ‘Blood, Sweat and Tears’ which covers many of the important events and decisions made during World War Two. To deepen our understanding of this important period, we will be visiting Duxford Imperial War Museum on Tuesday 16th October.
In preparation for secondary school, the year 6s will be given increased responsibilities and encouraged to be increasingly independent. They are already taking seriously their positions of being role models for the rest of the school by upholding the core rights of The Trumpington Federation.
