This week we have started to learn an information text based on the Rainforest, this links to our topic. We have learnt the text using actions and saying the punctuation aloud.

Maths

We have been using positional and directional language: left, right, next to, beneath, above, below, clockwise and anticlockwise. Please do find opportunities to practise these skills at home, e.g. Please put your book on the right of the table.

Topic

We are learning about the 7 continents of the World; Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe and Australia, and tropical rainforests are located near the equator around the World.
