At the Trumpington Federation, we pride ourselves in supporting all staff members with high quality CPD and training. In the past year, we have enjoyed training from expert Maths and English advisors, as well as areas as eclectic as mapping in Geography to Forest Schools to supporting pupils with different needs. ECTs benefit from additional support and we are a school that prides ourselves on developing teachers at all stages in their career!
We value teamwork and collaboration at all levels. Our teaching staff plan as a year group team, and enjoy double their entitlement of PPA time to ensure high quality planning of teaching and learning and have the opportunity to develop their own practice. We are a great team and one of the many benefits of our two schools is the many opportunities for staff to pursue their interests and develop as educators!
Our children are hardworking and enthusiastic and our staff are friendly and supportive.
In addition to this, we are well resourced with large outdoor spaces, superb computer resources, Forest Schools areas and a swimming pool. The staff and governors have many more exciting projects planned for the coming year.
The position is available for an immediate start, and we would be delighted to hear from both ECTs and experienced teachers.
