We are committed to ensuring excellence for all socially, emotionally, and academically. We believe all children can succeed when provided with high quality teaching and support in a learning environment that encourages children to reach for the moon.
At the Trumpington Federation, we know that children need to have the skills to adapt to an ever changing global society. We believe that resilience, self-confidence, good character, health and well-being are key components of a successful education as well as ensuring high standards and academic excellence.
Our aim is that all children will leave us and go on to have happy and fulfilled lives by seeking to develop creative, independent, lifelong learners who have the tools and skills to enable them to make considered choices and thrive today and in the future.
The Trumpington Federation is committed to transforming lives and further enriching our community. We have worked closely with the County Council to expand primary provision for children and meet the demand for places at our school.
As a Federation, our schools share ways of working in relation to core systems and procedures in terms of teaching, learning, curriculum and behaviour management. We work collaboratively to give the children of Trumpington the very best start in life, pooling our strengths and experiences in the classroom alongside leadership and governance to create a richer and better quality learning experience for all our children. Our high expectations are non-negotiable.
To achieve the highest standards and outcomes for our children, we invest in the professional development and training of our staff, whatever stage in their career. High quality and ongoing continuing professional development is a feature of our Federation.
